To get
- Elderflower, 25 heads
- Citric acid, 60 ml (=6cl)
- Lemons, 2, finely grated and juiced
- Sugar, 900 gr
To do
Boiling water, 1L.
Melt sugar in water & bring to boil.
Add flowers & lemons & then the citric acid.
Leave to stand for 48 hours in a cool place. Strain twice and store in sterilised bottles and enjoy.
